Retail Shipping Terms
Shipping rates will vary per country and weight. We reserve the right to cancel and refund should an order be unsuitable for international shipping, i.e. breakable products.
Additional Charges, Surcharges, Tax, VAT and Duty requirements on orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland are the obligation of the customer.
We accept no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Customers must contact the shipping partner and quote the reference number provided.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt from Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated on the product page.
How long will it take for my order to arrive once dispatched?
Orders can take 2-3 days to arrive anywhere in Ireland and 3-5 days internationally. Please note that customs can delay the arrival of your order.
