Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item for a refund.

• Please return by post to the following address: Acquerello, Ballymacoll Farm, Dunboyne Co. Meath, A86 PV48. Returns to any other address will not be accepted.

How Refunds Work

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

• Please pack your product(s) carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged in transit the items(s) are your responsibility until they reach us.

• We shall refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s).

• Refunds will be for the price of the item.

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns on Sale Items

• We are unable to offer refunds or returns on Sale Items.

Returns from Outside the Republic of Ireland

• Please Instruct carrier to label package as a "Return".

• Acquerello will not pay customs/duty on incorrectly labeled returns.

  Damages

  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
